Previous Completed Church Projects
A very small selection of contracts we have recently completed, ranging from simple straight forward sound systems to fully
digital sound reinforcement systems with visual projection and cameras.
We have built a dedicated team of consciences installation engineers to respect your Church, whilst providing a system capable of meeting your needs.
We work hard to minimise the visual impact of any installation, including the choice of product installed but also the cable infrastructure
which is required to make the systems work.
Donaghcloney Presbyterian Church
This traditional country Presbyterian Church sought to improve
on the audio system and at the same time add the visual
equipment to enhance the Sunday worship meetings.
We were very pleased to work with the Church AV committee, a
team which had thought through all aspects of their technical needs.
Rea Sound came in and discussed these needs with them and
provided a solution. The audio is based on the Martin Audio Omniline
speaker array, providing clarity throughout the Church. The Church
opted for the Allen & Heath Digital GLD Console, one of the easiest to
use and set up digital console on the market. Two projectors and
under balcony screens provide for Easyworship software displays.
Holy Trinity Church
Holy Trinity was being re-fitted, sand blasted, re-painted - a
whole make over. As part of this the design team and Church
requested a new sound system be installed in keeping with the
The sound system needed to be discrete, yet powerful enough to cover all
areas of the Church. With this in mind we provided a tender for the Martin
Audio Omniline range and were pleased, after demonstrations, to be
awarded the contract. The digital matrix housed within the Vestry allows
for easy and automatic control of levels and microphones. The visual system
consists of 10x 32” LCD screens located on the main pillars of the church, as
per the specification. These screens can show live images from any of the
cameras or material from a computer / laptop.
Knockbreda Methodist Church
One of the first churches to purchase the latest Allen & Heath GLD
The churches audio and visual systems needed updating and they
approached Rea Sound to provide some advice and options.
Following our meetings it became clear that the Church knew exactly
what they wanted and how it was to perform. Being one of the largest
suppliers of audio and visual equipment in the country we were able
to provide as requested. The ultra short throw projector, did away from
the previously installed 20m throw version. New Yamaha speakers
provided the power and coverage requested and at the heart of the
new system the wonderful Allen & Heath GLD Console with all three
stage boxes for full flexibility. Pictured is Jim during a Sunday morning
